I owned UX across the platform: staking pools, project pages, KYC onboarding, and the investment flow, designed as one continuous journey from wallet connect to allocation. With no established patterns at the time for wallet network mismatches, signature rejection, or mid-flow chain switching, I designed the failure and recovery states from scratch.
I led the frontend build end-to-end. Designing and developing in the same hands meant tighter feedback loops, faster iteration on edge cases, and a product that shipped without the usual design-to-code translation losses.
I also plugged the frontend into the smart contract layer for staking, allocation and claim flows. Working close to the contract code meant the UX could be shaped around what was actually possible onchain, rather than against it.
