Crypto launchpads were built for insiders. Allocation went to whales and VCs before public investors ever saw a deal. Launchpool wanted to flip that and create a platform built on the idea that the community and the projects raising on it carry equal weight. Within nine months of launch it had $260m+ locked in staking, $10m+ raised across 40+ projects, and 30k+ active investors returning to the platform.
I led the design and frontend build of the platform, the brand, and the onchain patterns that made it usable by people who weren't crypto-native.
